Senior Associate

Francisco is a Senior Associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador. With more than 13 years of experience in legal matters applicable to regulated sectors related to pharmaceutical, cosmetic, hygienic, agrochemical and food products. He has extensive experience in Intellectual Property matters before the Intellectual Property Registry of El Salvador. He has also participated in the coordination of trademark portfolios of international clients. Additionally, he has advised clients in the field of unfair competition, protecting trademark rights affected by piracy through the interposition of border measures, and judicial processes of cancellation and nullity of trademarks.

As part of his educational and professional background, Francisco has experience in the corporate area, advising companies in the commercial, tax and legislation areas, such as the Consumer Protection Law, which has allowed him to be part of important commercial transactions.

Additionally, he is a member of the faculty of the Universidad Luterana Salvadoreña, currently teaching subjects of academic relevance such as Commercial Law, History of Law and Introduction to the Study of Law.
