DLA Piper Argentina advised Folcode, a boutique digital engineering services company based in San Juan, Argentina, on the sale of 100% of its shares to Emtec, a leading Bridgenext company focused on digital consulting services, specializing in technology, data, and creative marketing solutions.
The acquisition of Folcode signifies Bridgenext’s entry into the South American market. The inclusion of an office in Argentina enhances Bridgenext’s existing delivery centers in Canada and India, thus reinforcing its worldwide talent pool. The deal closed on February 15, 2024.
