Increase in court fees, dividend tax and health insurance contributions
| As of 1 April, an amendment to the laws on administrative fees and court fees has been effective, the aim of which is to valorize the rates of collected fees. Since 1 February, an amendment to the Income Tax Act has been in force, which focused mainly on increasing the tax rate on profit shares paid to individuals and introducing a minimum tax for legal entities. Health insurance contributions rates have also been increased since March 1.
