Always a supporter of internal growth, the management committee composed of the three partners, Francesca and Luca Masotti and Mascia Cassella, approved the appointment of Anne Moutardier and Stefano Del Vecchio as of Counsel. Both professionals have spent a significant part of their careers working alongside their partners in corporate law, M&A and restructuring matters.
Anne Moutardier began working with Masotti Cassella in 1994 and then became a full-time associate in 2009 after an experience in leading firms in the City of London. A lawyer under English law based in Italy, he has decades of experience in cross-border and extraordinary transactions with a primary focus on the medical market.
Stefano Del Vecchio joined Masotti Cassella in 2012 alongside his partner Mascia Cassella, with whom he also shared his previous experience at Orrick. An expert in M&A, compliance, contracts and corporate management, he assists national and international entrepreneurs. ”
