Chile publishes law to conserve biological diversity and protect the country’s natural heritage

On September 6 of this year, Law 21,600 that creates the “Biodiversity and Protected Areas Service” (“SBAP”) and the “National System of Areas” was published in the Official Gazette, after 13 years of legislative discussion and processing . Protected” (“ SNAP ”).
