The National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (“ FNE â€) launched this January 4, the 2024 market study, focused on higher education (the “ Study â€), which will evaluate three potential limitations to competition:

- Problems in student decision making , based on negative returns on investment that many programs have, problems with access to their information and trust biases.
- Disconnection between the offering of programs and the needs of employers in the labor market.
- Regulatory barriers and financing problems for institutions other than universities, competition problems in State-Guaranteed Credit tenders and rigidity in the structure of titles and degrees
 Below is a brief description of the stages of the Study and the deadlines in which they should be carried out according to the calendar published by the FNE.
