Olga is a partner in Consortium Legal – Nicaragua with 26 years of experience in the corporate, banking and finance and aviation sectors, she has extensive experience in providing comprehensive corporate advice to companies in different industries, including multi-level reorganization processes, structuring and documenting syndicated financing and credit and managing their guarantee packages, as well as advising and representing aviation companies throughout the regulatory and compliance process. Among its most important clients are Suzlon Energy, PBS, UNO, Olam and Ternium.

WORK HIGHLIGHTS

• Legal assistance in structuring and preparing the appropriate local documentation for the syndicated financing granted to Polaris Energy Nicaragua S.A, and San Jacinto Power International Corporation by DEG, FMO y Proparco for the development of the geothermal project San Jacinto Tizate, and the creation of the collateral package.
• Legal advice in structuring and documenting the sale of the local operation of Suzlon Wind Nicaragua, S.A. in the wind park Amayo.
• Corporate restructurings and modifications to update the information required by new regulations regarding ultimate beneficial ownership of Nicaraguan companies.
