Marcela is senior associate in Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. She has more than 15 years of experience specializing in real estate law, corporate law, private contracting, and notary public law.
She has been involved in multiple real estate developments which have involved due diligence processes for properties and business acquisitions. She has been involved in the negotiation of commercial leases and other contracts related to wind energy projects, sale and purchase of commercial developments, as well as the execution of corporate restructurings of national and multinational companies.
