Meyling is a senior associate at Consortium Legal – Nicaragua with 15 years of experience in corporate law, free trade zones, and real estate. She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, legal advice in free trade zone compliance matters, legal advice in major mergers and acquisitions, and legal advice in personal data protection matters.

She has provided corporate, contractual, and strategic advice in significant transactions related to acquisition of factories and companies, large financings, major acquisition of telecommunication towers to improve Nicaraguan network infrastructure; and advice in free trade zone restructuring and strategic planning.  She has also contributed with government institutions in improving processes and systems of operation in Nicaraguan free trade zones.  She has provided legal advice in major real estate projects.
