Marc Elvinger joined the firm after running a private practice for ten years.
Marc has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation as well as in international arbitration. He also has a wide practice in administrative law and litigation, including matters such as public procurement, immigration law, urbanism and environment. Besides litigation, he practices contract, company and banking law on a regular basis.
Marc has published on a wide variety of matters relating to, inter alia , human rights, administrative law, banking law and construction law.
Career and memberships
Member of the Conseil de l’Ordre of the Luxembourg Bar from 1992 to 1994.
Chairman of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg in 1994-1995.
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1985.
