- KENDALL SQUARE INVESTMENT on the tax aspects of the acquisition of an Amazon warehouse facility in Dobroviz, the Czech Republic from AEW
- ARCAPITA BANK on the tax aspects of a number of restructuring projects optimising the real estate portfolio in Slovakia, including mergers and demergers, real estate tax, corporate tax and VAT aspects of such reorganisations
- BALLYMORE PROPERTIES on the tax aspects of the acquisition of land and the EUR 300 million development of retail, commercial and residential premises and a business centre, including international tax structures, local VAT issues and exit strategy
