Mark has been involved in high-stakes complex commercial litigation and probate litigation for more than 35 years. His practice has included advising the Boards of Directors and General Counsel of many prominent companies, as well as Trustees of many substantial trusts. He has litigated numerous high-profile cases throughout his career. Mark focuses his practice in resolving complex matters and aggressively litigating them if necessary. He serves as co-chair of the firm’s Securities and Corporate Governance Litigation Group and is experienced in defending complex commercial, trust, and probate litigation in both state and federal courts and arbitrations before FINRA, ICDR, and AAA. His practice includes defending class actions.
