Full-service construction law practice (both transactional and litigation based). Counsels clients in all aspects of the design, development, and construction process for residential and commercial projects. Handles all aspects of construction litigation including, but not limited to, defects and delay cases. Construction transactional practice includes, but is not limited to, the preparation and review of construction and design agreements for owners, developers, contractors, architects, and engineers; insurance and bond work; and, involved in providing legal counsel throughout the construction process in Florida and throughout the United States. Handles complex commercial litigation, real estate and business litigation, banking litigation, commercial foreclosures, litigation of business torts, and commercial disputes involving real property. Board certified in construction law by The Florida Bar.
