She has more than 19 years of professional practice in the banking and financial, agricultural and industrial sectors and has focused her practice in advising local and international clients in banking, corporate and M&A matters, among others.
She has participated in syndicated loans, international issues of debt securities, project finance, securitizations, authorizations of financial institutions, administrative procedures before the Superintendency of Banks, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings of financial institutions, among others.
