Peter Bartoš

Peter joined our ranks in 2013 with seven years of experience under his belt. He has held the positions of Counsel since 2021 and Partner since 2022. He has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2010.

His expertise lies in handling mandates that require extensive knowledge of various branches of law, with a primary focus on infrastructure projects, public procurement, state aid, and European Union funds law. Peter has been involved in many significant mandates related to public procurement and infrastructure projects.

Additionally, he actively contributes to the office’s initiatives aimed at promoting best practices in public procurement and has co-authored a major Commentary on the Public Procurement Act published by C.H.Beck in October 2019.

Peter is fluent in English and has basic command of German and Hungarian.
