On its Acquisition of Total Operations and Production Services, LLC for $983 Million
Bracewell LLPÂ represented Evercore, financial advisor to Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC), regarding a definitive agreement pursuant to which Archrock will acquire Total Operations and Production Services, LLC, a leading provider of contract gas compression services for the Permian Basin and a portfolio company of investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $983 million.
