(NYSE: KMI) in connection with its subsidiary Hiland Partners Holdings LLC’s $640 million acquisition of OE2 North Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Outrigger Energy II LLC. OE2 operates a natural gas gathering and processing system in Williston Basin, North Dakota. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
