HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is representing Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSX: PPL) (NYSE: PBA) as US counsel in its acquisition of Enbridge Inc.’s (TSX: ENB) (NYSE:ENB) joint-venture interests in Alliance Pipeline, Aux Sable and NRGreen for C$3.1 billion. The transaction was announced on December 13, 2023, with closing expected to occur in the first half of 2024, subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
