Bracewell LLP represented PSC Group, a provider of on-site logistics and repair services to critical petrochemical companies, in its acquisition of Delta Petroleum Company. Upon completion of the transaction, Delta Petroleum Company will be owned by PSC Group, and will cease to be a subsidiary of Greif, Inc., a world leader in industrial packaging products and services.
