DLA Piper MartÃnez Beltrán advised Bancolombia S.A., Banco de Bogotá S.A., Banco de Occidente S.A. and Instituto para el Desarrollo de Antioquia in the negotiation, execution and closing of a facility agreement for the refinancing of the VÃas del Nus toll road project, part of the 4G Concession program.
The agreement includes the cash out, payment of outstanding debt and payment of project costs for a total of up to US$332 million.
The DLA Piper team advising on the financing was led by partner Sebastián Lora and included associates Carlos Guzmán, Isabela RamÃrez and Felipe Buitrago (all Colombia).
