Westerberg & Partners is proud to have contributed to that, 11 years after the arbitral award was issued, a settlement has been reached in the long-running dispute between our clients, the Stati Parties, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. We have successfully represented the Stati Parties since 2014 in numerous matters before the Swedish courts, including several set-aside, annulment, and enforcement actions.
