Our colleague, NaÄa RoÅ¡tek, who returns to us after an eight-year “break†in the corporate and private sectors, has joined our ranks of partners. She has been a member of our team of advisors and the lead partner for Competition and Energy from 2007 till 2016. Subsequently, she was Director of Legal & Compliance at Slovnaft, with responsibility for the entire Central European region within the MOL Group.
NaÄa joins as a senior partner in the competition and compliance areas, which she has devoted virtually her entire career to. In addition, she will be a key contributor to the new, fast-growing Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) area, which aims to build accountable, ethical and sustainable business with a focus on today’s major societal challenges, such as climate change and environmental aspects, human and social rights and good corporate governance. ESG legislation and regulation at European or local level has developed quite dynamically and it is already necessary for companies or institutions to operate in accordance with it.
We are delighted to welcome NaÄa back and wish her every success in her former position, but in a new role and with new challenges.
