PRK Partners has advised a Vancouver based publicly traded battery materials company Euro Manganese Inc. (EMN) on strategic equity investment by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the amount of appx. CAD $ 8,5 million. Upon completion of the private placement EBRD holds approximately 4,4% of EMN’s shares holding 17,800,000 common shares of EMN.
