The webinar will be led by Carolina Soto, partner at ARIAS Costa Rica and expert in labor law. She will be joined by Catalina Rivera, Of Counsel and workplace wellness specialist, along with special guest Vivian Leal. Vivian is a professional with over 16 years of experience in the holistic development of high-level professionals. She holds degrees in Educational Administration and Psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s in Behavioral Social Psychology. She is the founder and president of the NGO “Destrezas para la Salud” and leads her brand, VL Transformation and Wellness. Additionally, she is a coach in human potential development and an expert in integrative health.
